Our Privacy Commitment
At CyphOracle, we believe your personal insights should remain personal. Your birth chart data and conversations with our astrologers are protected with industry-standard encryption and backed by legally binding commitments in our Terms of Service.
In plain language: Your data is encrypted and protected. We will never sell it. You can delete it anytime.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and communication purposes. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email from that provider.
Birth Data
To generate your natal chart, we collect your birth date, time, and location. This information is used solely for astronomical calculations and astrological interpretation.
Conversations
Your conversations with our AI astrologers are stored to provide continuity and context in ongoing readings. These conversations are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Usage Data
We track token usage to manage subscription limits. We do not track browsing behavior, sell analytics data, or use third-party tracking services.
How We Protect Your Data
Encryption at Rest
All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption in our database.
Encryption in Transit
All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3.
Access Controls
Strict access controls prevent unauthorized access to user data.
Audit Logging
All access to sensitive data is logged and monitored.
What We Will Never Do

- XShare your birth chart or conversations with advertisers
- XUse your data to train AI models without consent
- XAccess your content without explicit permission
- XSell aggregate or anonymized derivatives of your data
Your Rights
Right to Access
You can access all your data through your account dashboard.
Right to Deactivation
You can deactivate your account at any time from your Settings page. Deactivation permanently removes your personal data including charts, conversations, and saved interpretations. Usage and billing records are retained under legitimate interest for fraud prevention. You can reactivate your account by signing in again with the same login method.
Right to Portability
You can export your chart data and conversations in standard formats.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery.
AI Processing
CyphOracle uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate astrological interpretations. When you ask a question, your chart data and conversation context are sent to the AI for processing. This data is not used to train AI models and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the processing of your request.
