Data Protection Covenant
CyphOracle makes the following legally binding commitments to protect your data:
1. No Data Sales
We will never sell, license, rent, share, or otherwise provide your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. This prohibition applies to all data we hold, including but not limited to: conversation content, birth data, email addresses, usage patterns, and any aggregate or anonymized derivatives.
2. No Unauthorized Access
No CyphOracle employee, contractor, or agent will access your conversation content or birth chart data without your explicit written consent, except as required to: (a) respond to valid legal process, (b) investigate violations of our Terms of Service, or (c) protect the safety of users or the public.
3. Data Deletion
Upon request, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days, including all backups. Deletion is irreversible. You can request deletion at any time through your account settings.
4. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery.
5. Survival Clause
These commitments survive any acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, or change of control. Any acquiring entity must assume these obligations as a condition of the transaction.
These commitments are contractually binding. Violation constitutes breach of contract and may give rise to legal action.
General Terms
Service Description
CyphOracle provides AI-powered astrological interpretation services. Our platform uses astronomical calculations combined with artificial intelligence to provide personalized astrological insights based on your birth data.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate birth data for chart calculations. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Service Limitations
CyphOracle is intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes. Our astrological interpretations should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or other critical matters.
Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing tier you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
